I can’t get over how much healthier she looks. She was so thin at first and now she looks a perfect weight. She is very interested in her surroundings and not frightened anymore. She is going through the motions of hissing but it’s very half hearted.

I don't see Itchel becoming as tame as Messi, not to live inside the house and be trusted completely: she wasn't tamed from very young like Messi (which "sees itself" more like a domestic pet.) I also suspect Itchel and Messi would end up in a nasty fight if sharing the same space. But what I understand from the comments about her background, Itchel is in better hands that before, even if she ends up living in the cage the rest of her life. If that's the case, I am sure the cage will look different over the years, with a pool, bushes and more places to climb and platforms to sleep on.
