Feel good Sasha. Your back hurts because you are often lifting him, and he is not exactly light weight. His reactions are so amazingly fun to watch. Messi is hilarious 😂 He was watching his Dad do exercise. He is so well-trained by Sasha, he still remembers his commands like the very first time, just amazing. I have a very bad back. There are a lot of chair exercises. Check out IMPROVED HEALTH. I started doing squats. They're quite strenuous. I hope this helps.
