Само собой тщательно продумал бы текст и выложил на канал, с субтитрами на русском и английском. Также это можно приурочить к 20-летию подписания договора о о добрососедстве, дружбе и сотрудничестве между Китаем и Россией, праздноваться будет 16 июля 2021 года. Это конечно, если вообще заморачиваться, другой вариант записать видео на русском, с объяснением ситуации и извинениями, с китайскими субтитрами, и выложить как можно скорее, для того чтобы показать что голос Китая был услышан. Хотя может быть я просто переоцениваю ситуацию.
