The conversation takes turn to releasing animals who have lived in captivity into the wild nature and the statistics is pretty awful -- almost 100% of animals don't survive because they don't know how to be in the wild. They grew to be dependent on humans. People provided food and shelter, and when they were out of these living conditions, they barely survived two weeks in a wild. That's why all these movements to protect animals and to release them into the wild, those movements are not good. People simply don't understand what it means for an animal to live in the wild. Granted, if it's a wild animal let it be wild. But when you had an animal all its life, it was a working animal in circus for example, then you have to take care of that animal for the rest of its life. You are responsible for that animal. When in Europe they outlawed all these circuses, they released the animals into the wild nature and those animals were dead within two weeks. Sasha participated in the campaign to save those animals; they wrote petition to the European lawmakers. There are various death reasons-freezing to death, drowning, hit by the car, or simply dying from hunger, etc. Sasha also says it would be nice to have a relationship with a wild animal. For example with a Raven. Raven is a smart bird, it would be nice to befriend one, not to feed but just to be equal. I live here, it's my domain. You came to say hello, we spend some time together and then you go back home. You don't depend on me in nothing--no food, no shelter. We just interact because it's interesting for both of us, you and me. Q: Will Messi be swimming with you in the pool when the pool is ready? Sasha shared a story when he was swimming in the river, Messi was on the shore worrying about Sasha but not getting in the water. But when Sasha is taking shower and Messi needs to go pee, he just gets in the shower and does whatever he needs to do. Nobody knows what's going to happen when the pool is ready. @@ОльгаПавловна-21 в природе у грызуна есть шанс убежать, а вот в террариуме со змеей нет. К тому же огромная пропасть в интеллекте и эмоциональном плане между котом (любым, даже не таким "очеловеченным", как Месси) и змеей. Да, мы все немного "расисты" в отношении животных - одних едим, других травим, третьих в носик целуем... И вот мне как человеку, у которого сильная эмоциональная связь с грызунами, больно слышать, что их скармливают существам с "эмоциональным диапазоном, как у зубочистки" (это о рептилиях).

@@ДарьяЗуева-д4р Вы просто не в курсе про эмоциональный диапазон змей. Саша держал двух змей, мальчика и девочку. Он рассказывал, что когда мальчик болел, то его подруга не ела ничего, вместо этого она подсовывала весь корм своему партнеру. Очень трогательная история.
