@MrBrenman21 I thought Messi looked afraid in the thumbnail photo. All the people crowded around. In most states in the US, he would not even be allowed to keep Messi, i dont think he should have messi around bite class. Why teach him something he doesnt have ? I wish everyday my Border Collie had not seen a bite class, but now shes my burglar dog.

@idefix Ah, right. :) Yeah, I wouldn't do anything that can be preceived as aggressive towards Alexandr or Mariya if Messi is around. I wouldn't want to try him. I've seen when he's scratching on trees. The bark just goes flying, even if it's very hard and thick.

I feel so BAAAAD for the poor dog being trained next to Messi. He says “you know I’m trying to concentrate but there’s a #%* Puma behind me, and you want me to lay down?” :) For any cat, walking up a ramp and across a beam is like “are u kidding me? Before I was born...” Messi is heartbreakingly special. I lost 2 long-term kitty friends years ago. When the woman bends over and Messi jumps on her back, how many of us have walked around hunched and “wearing” a kitty because they took the same opportunity :) Messi’s MOM FRIEND is also awesome people and always there with camera.

You can actually see how inquisitive a cat could be. He senses more than a dog. The dog would only do one thing...the cat on the other hand does all the tricks but is very cautious of the surroundings. A multitasker...

More like a natural solo stalking predator. Hopefully people watching these videos understand that cougars are not usually like Messi. They are incredibly dangerous animals in the wild.

@wayouttatune2 you talking to me? Um, ya, cougars are dangerous. And any wildlife expert will tell you that is it not possible to actually domesticate a wild animal over a single generation. And anybody with even a house cat can tell you that even the nicest ones can do damage if they are sick or scared. Now, take that damage and magnify it to that of a cougar. People are attacked by wild cougars in the US (about once per year. A quarter of those attacks are fatal.. And they definitely kill a lot of livestock. Hopefully you were referring to another post, because my post was accurate. Messi is an exception to what a normal cougar is.

Потрясающе!!! хоть несколько раз до этого видела кадры , выложенные в"сторес" И во время прямого эфира Саша рассказывал, что гордился, как Месси работал! НО не ожидала, что настолько!!!!! Тронуло до слёз всё, что там происходило!!! Саша и Месси!!! Машина съёмка!!! Это всем нам - бесценный подарок!!! Глаза детей!!! Они тоже сейчас, скорее всего смотрят это видео...

That's a crazy well trained Puma. The body is doing everything the handler is saying to do but the pumas head is constantly on a swivel being very alert of what's going on around it.

that's referred to as "the orienting reflex" & it's innately stronger in felines than canines. what's really fascinating here is the restraint on the part of both "messi" & the dogs-no beef, no drama, no problems. but anyone who's been to the old circuses knows that the big cats are trainable if you've had them from birth. nothing special in that per se. watch "tiger king" or footage of siegfried & roy with their cats. absolutely nothing 'special' here in that regard. 'special', would be a corgi attack dog...😳😂

@@ilonkagarcia1806 It's not puffed up, he's relaxed but attentive, you could tell if he was feeling threatened by his back hair first then his tail and he showed no signs of being worried. He was in a petting zoo before sasha got him so he's very used to humans and other animals. Remember Messi weighs probably 75 lbs and his tail has to be heavy enough to help control the direction while running. So yeah he has a big tail and like a doberman or a dane with a long tail it's pretty substantial.

Amazing how Messi was so calm and did not feel uncomfortable around so many people a dogs. He's truly special!!! I love how his daddy kept training him while other the other dogs were playing. This man and his wife are totally devoted to this amazingly loving puma. 😻😻😻😻

And you can tell he is. I love the way his face lights up when Messi greets him upon his homecoming. My husband always says that if anything happens to Sasha, Messi would stop eating and die. I’m not so sure, but no question he would be so lost.

What's amazing is he was super curious and looking around the whole time, but he didn't miss a beat when commanded to do anything. Usually, when animals are hyper-aware of their environment, it's the exact opposite!

Awww....like always Puma Messi stole the show! He was so good at the commands that it is unbelievable to think he is indeed a cougar. Love sweet Messi, he is a very intelligent cougar, so lovable and adorable and very much loved by many. Саша говорит,что он - единственный.А он знает,что говорит,он общается практически со всеми пумоведами и пумовладельцами. У Месси особая судьба,с его здоровьем и судьбой выжил только он,Саша выхаживал его полтора года,сутками сидел над умирающим с капельницами и уколами.И до сих пор трясется над ним от каждого чиха.Поэтому и не боится засыпать в доме с диким животным,спит с ним в одной кровати,Месси признает,что Саша -вожак стаи,а Маша - ниже Меськи по статусу,ей его лучше не раздражать. И детей они не заведут,потому что дети в этой иерархии - просто мясо.

I'd say this was the most popular dog training class of the year ... Messi is a one in a million. I've NEVER seen a cat so smart. Messi is thinking, " Really ? This is an "obstacle course" ? Oh please..." So funny. At the end everyone wanted to pet Messi and the other dogs ? Wait, there were other dogs ? :)

True, you always have to be mindful that this is still a wild animal no matter how much training you give them their instincts are totally different. He has a lot of power that he could use.
