I wouldn't go that far. Im sure big cat experts, veterinarians, etc.. probably could. But yes, these two provide a level of love to messi that goes beyond just caring for it. There are plenty of loving owners of dogs and cats that treat their babies the same

Owners of domestic cats treat them as their babies as well...

Yes, and note, that Messi wouldn't have any chance to survive in worse conditions, not to mention wild nature. He was born in a zoo and was weak and sickly. So there,s no reason to discuss is it correct to keep him at home or not. It's his lucky ticket.

Это значит, что только от просмотров зрителей Мессянчик заработал не менее 600 000 долларов США. А сколько еще тысячи долларов и евро подарили умиленные зрители мальчику "на лакомства"... Месси уже давно эту ипотеку выплатил, но и вправду, Ма и Па им должны дорожить как зеницу ока - ведь он их золотая курочка... :)

@Benji H.: There IS no other cat 'like him'. They raised him from a baby, fixed his multiple medical issues while teaching him to be 'human in a cat suit'. He has no idea they're not his real parents which is why he loves them so much...not only Sasha (you see him most because Masha is mostly behind the camera), but in those rare times we get to see Messi's interactions with her, he's very bonded with her as well. She's his Mum and I've seen him eat raw meat from the palm of her hand with her crouched beside him! One couldn't imagine that anywhere else, yet they take it for granted because he's so good. He was in severe pain with fractures of his paws which took a TON of medical work and specialist big cat vet bills, expenses the average person wouldn't be able to manage. It takes dedicating your life to doing this--to save a big cat's life and to train him to be safe around humans. Still, he wasn't treated well by young children and remembers it, so Sasha makes sure to allow him only interactions with older children. This is not remotely 'easy', although we only get to see the 'fun' part. I loved this video since it showed us the real, lighthearted side of their and his playful sides at home...his peeking out to see where Daddy was, melted my heart. No one should imagine that they could do this as easily, though. Messi is unique: one of a kind, and exactly where he should be. I adore this family since they are very intelligent about everything they do for him and themselves.So special. :)

I could certainly wish for them to be a bit less 'interesting' here in New York and a bit more humane and lovely - especially for the treatment of both people and beautiful animals such as Messi. In one recent live feed, as Sasha groomed Messi with his brush, there was so much hair which accumulated so he kind of worked it into a little 'mat' which he placed on top of Messi's head (between his ears) - which was so funny to all of those tuned in. I could hear a certain reference to Messi now looking like a certain someone. ;) Downright hilarious, especially since Messi just lay there looking out the window with this 'combover' sitting on his head. :)

In my opinion, they will have to build an additional annex to the house to store all of its toys😅. No, no, Messi is not spoiled at all🧏‍♀️🤪. But he seems obviously to have his preferences among these stuffed animals💞💞💞
